Pharmacy questionsHow the prescription side works, what a clinician decides, and where to manage a plan once you have one.
Pharmacy questions
Do I need a prescription?
Yes. Everything in the pharmacy is prescription only. You complete a medical questionnaire and a licensed clinician reviews it before anything is prescribed.
Is there an appointment?
No. The questionnaire is online and a prescriber reviews it in their own time. You do not need to be anywhere at a particular hour.
What if I am not eligible?
Then nothing is prescribed. Not everyone is a candidate, and that decision sits with the clinician rather than with us.
Are these FDA-approved?
Some are and some are not. Compounded formulations are made from FDA-approved active ingredients, but the compounded product itself is not FDA-approved and is prescribed off-label. Each treatment page says which applies to it.
How is it delivered?
The pharmacy dispenses and ships it to you directly, in plain packaging.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Plans can be changed or cancelled from the member portal.
Where do I manage my plan?
In the Rx member portal, which is a separate login from your shop account.
Who do I ask about side effects?
Your prescriber, through the portal. If something feels serious, contact a doctor or emergency services rather than waiting for a reply. You can also report side effects to the FDA at www.fda.gov/medwatch or 1-800-FDA-1088.
