How to use it

What it is actually doing

Losing it
In pattern loss the growing phase gets cut shorter every time round. Each replacement hair has less time to grow, so it comes back finer and shorter than the one before, and more of your hairs are resting at any moment. Eventually it does not come back at all.
On minoxidil
Minoxidil is understood to work on this: it holds the growing phase open for longer and shortens the rest. That is also why shedding early on is normal, as resting hairs are pushed out to make room for the ones starting a new cycle.

That is the routine we describe on the Derma Stamp page: stamp first, then apply to the areas you just treated. Microneedling does increase how much gets through, so start at the shortest needle length while you are getting used to it, and give it a miss on any area that is broken or sore.
Are the ingredients all natural?
Not entirely, and that is deliberate. Minoxidil is a synthetic active, and it is the only ingredient in the category clinically proven to regrow hair, so removing it would defeat the point. Everything built around it is where the natural side comes in, and the formula is alcohol free, which is what usually causes the dryness and flaking people report with standard minoxidil.
Does this foam have a strong smell?
No, this formula is lightly scented with natural extracts, leaving no overpowering or chemical odor behind.
Are there any side effects?
